Method:
- Marinate Prawns with little salt and turmeric powder. Cut Country Beans into big pieces. Chop one onion into small pieces and one onion into thin slices. Chop the Tomatoes into thin slices.
- Heat a Kadai with oil. Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown. Now add chopped tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste. Fry till mushy, lower the flame and add red chilli/coriander powder mix, turmeric, salt and curry leaves and fry till oil leaves the sides.
- Now add country beans pieces and saute for few minutes. Add one cup of water and allow to boil. Now lower the flame, cover and cook till vegetable half-cooked. Now add marinated prawns and mix well. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Now open the lid and check the salt. If needed adjust. If the gravy appears watery, raise the flame and fry till you get disired consistency. Finish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Prawn Country Bean gravy is ready. Can serve with hot rice or roti.
