Tomato Green Chilli Chutney

Goes well with snacks, Instant dosai


Ingredients:

Tomato (Salad Type)
4 Nos
Garlic
5-6 cloves
Green Chillies
5-6 Medium
Cumin
1 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp or to taste
Oil
3 Tbsp

Method:
  1. Chop both tomatoes and green chilles into big pieces. Peel the skin of garlic.
  2. Place Kadai/Wok – Pour Oil, heat and simmer the flame. Add Cumin and wait to splutter.
  3. Add all the Chopped Tomatoes, garlic & green chillies together & Mix well.
  4. Cover and cook till it is soft and juicy. Add required level of Salt.
  5. Cool it and grind to coarse paste (No need to add water as the tomato lets out water). If you want you can add fried curry leaves for extra flavour.
  6. Stay good in fridge for 2 days.
