Tomato (Salad Type)

Method:
- Chop both tomatoes and green chilles into big pieces. Peel the skin of garlic.
- Place Kadai/Wok – Pour Oil, heat and simmer the flame. Add Cumin and wait to splutter.
- Add all the Chopped Tomatoes, garlic & green chillies together & Mix well.
- Cover and cook till it is soft and juicy. Add required level of Salt.
- Cool it and grind to coarse paste (No need to add water as the tomato lets out water). If you want you can add fried curry leaves for extra flavour.
- Stay good in fridge for 2 days.
