Prawn Masala/Fry [ Normally served
with Rice & Chapatti]

Chilly & Dhania Powder mix :: 100 : 150 gms.

Method :
- Deshell (remove the shell) the prawns and wash
thoroughly and drain the excess water.
- Add little salt & turmeric coat/mix well
keep aside.
- Chop the Onion into fine pieces, chop the
tomatoes into thin small slices.
- Place Kadai /Wok heat the oil, add chopped
onions & Curry leaves fry till light brown
- Add chopped tomatoes , ginger-garlic paste mix
well and add turmeric, Red chilly /Dhania powder and salt (approx 1 tsp
flat)
- Fry till soft and oil leaves the sides. Now
add prawns mix well and cover cook for 5-10 minutes stirring in between.
- If needed little water could be added, if so
required. Check the salt
- Finish with chopped coriander leaves.
Tip : Cooking in low flame tastes better.
