Palak Tomato Gravy

Roti & Chapatti]

Chilly & Dhania Powder mix :: 100 : 150 gms.

Method :
- Cut
Onion into thin slices & Green chillies into fine pieces.
- Chop
Tomato into thin small slices
- Place
Kadai /wok pour oil, add mustard wait till it splutters add sliced onion,
diced green chillies and fry till onion turns pink.
- Simmer
the flame add chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste mix well add turmeric,
red chilly /Dhania mix , required salt
- Fry
till soft, add chopped palak mix well, add 1 cup of water.
- Cover
and cook for 10 minutes. Now add curry leaves mix well and further cook
for 2-3 minutes.
- The
dish is ready to serve.
Tip : Cooking in low flame tastes better.
