Chicken Delight [ Starter]

Method :
- Cut chicken into medium sized pieces add all
the marinating ingredients except Oil use little water to coat the chicken
- Marinate for 1-2 hrs in the refrigerator .
- Place a Kadai/wok pour oil to
deep fry till brown / crisp keep aside.
- Cut onion into cubes, separate layers , cut
capsicum into big pieces
- Place Kadai /wok heat it and pour 1 tbsp oil,
lower the flame and put the cubed onion, capsicum fry till they are
slightly transparent.
- Now add fried chicken pieces and chopped
spring onion shoot mix well, further add the 5-in 1 sauce, fry till all
the piece get coated with the sauce and gets dry.
- If you want it spicy sprinkle more pepper
powder.
Tip : Cooking in low flame tastes better.
