Chicken Delight


Chicken Delight [ Starter]

Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless
300 gms
Onion
2 Medium
Capsicum
1 big
Oil
1 tbsp
5-in 1 Sauce
3-4 tsp
Spring onion (shoot) chopped
2 tbsp
For Marinating
Pepper
1 tsp
Garam Masala         
(Ready mix)
¼ tsp
Ginger-garlic paste
¼ tsp
Salt
To taste
Corn flour
3-4 tsp
Maida
1 tsp
Oil   to fry

Method :
  • Cut chicken into medium sized pieces add all the marinating ingredients except Oil use little water to coat the chicken
  • Marinate for 1-2 hrs in the refrigerator .
  • Place a Kadai/wok pour oil to deep  fry till brown / crisp  keep aside.
  • Cut onion into cubes, separate layers , cut capsicum into big pieces
  • Place Kadai /wok heat it and pour 1 tbsp oil, lower the flame and put the cubed onion, capsicum fry till they are slightly transparent.
  • Now add fried chicken pieces and chopped spring onion shoot mix well, further add the 5-in 1 sauce, fry till all the piece get coated with the sauce and gets dry.
  • If you want it spicy sprinkle more pepper powder.


Tip : Cooking in low flame tastes better.
