Red Chilly & Dhania Powder mix ::
100 : 150 gms.
· Grind equal portion of Clove & Cinnamon mix
Store in Air Tight container – 10 : 10 gms

Method :
- Wash the brain and gently cut each into 4-5
pieces.
- Add all the marinating ingredients into the
brain & mix well with little water, marinate for ½ hour.
- Cut Onion into fine pieces and chop tomato
into small thin slices.
- Place Kadai /wok pour oil, Add chopped onion
and curry leaves fry till light brown.
- Now simmer the flame and add chopped tomato
along with ginger garlic paste fry till soft & the oil leaves the
sides.
- Now add the marinated brain with ¼ cup of
water, mix gently. Take care that you do not break the brain while mixing.
- Close with a lid and cook for 5-6 minutes. Now
open and fry gently till oil leaves the sides.
- If needed more oil /pepper powder
could added.
- Note: Do not raise the flame, cook
only in simmer flame else brain will get smashed.
